Apple Cider Sangria

This tasty apple sangria can be prepared in a pitcher in advance.

Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples (cored & cut into bite-sized chunks)
  • 1 pear (cored & cut into bite-sized chunks)
  • 1 750ml bottle dry white wine
  • ½ cup calvados (or apple vermouth)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 4 Tbsp white granulated sugar
  • 1 750ml bottle sparkling apple cider

Instructions 

  • Combine cubed apples and pears with the white wine, calvados, lime juice, cinnamon stick, cloves, and sugar.
  • Stir to combine and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.
  • When ready to serve, pour into glasses with the fruit and finish with the sparkling cider.
  • Stir gently and serve cold.

Notes

This sangria will keep in the fridge for a few days.
