Paloma’s are light, refreshing and of course delicious! Paloma’s are made with tequila and grapefruit juice in them. This classic cocktail can be served on the rocks or frozen like any other cocktail that you love to drink in the summer! If you have the ingredients on hand, you have to try it!

Ingredients
-2 oz of tequila (if you don’t want your Paloma too strong, use only 1 oz)
-2 ounces grapefruit juice
-1/2 juiced lime
-1 tablespoon simple syrup
-1 ounce soda water
-Salt (for rimming glass)
-ice

Instructions
1. Cut a wedge of the grapefruit or lime, and run it around the rim of your serving glass. Dip the edge of the rim into salt.
2. Combine fresh lime juice, fresh grapefruit juice, soda water, and simple syrup in the glass with ice.
3. Pour tequila overtop and stir gently to combine.
4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice if desired.

  • 2 ounces grapefruit juice

  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 1 ounce soda water

Notes

Paloma's are great served in large groups at parties, increase the recipe measurements to make a pitcher for your guests!
