Ingredients
-1 lb of ground chicken, turkey, or beef
-1 tablespoon sesame oil
-2 cloves garlic
-Grated ginger to taste (about a teaspoon)
-1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari
-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (or to taste)
-8 leaves of washed iceberg lettuce (1 piece of lettuce for each lettuce cup you want to make)
-Sesame seeds or penuts for garnish
-Green onion for garnish
-Slice and steam any additional veggies you want. Onions, broccoli, and bok choy are great choices!

Instructions
1. Add the sesame oil and minced garlic to a pan over medium heat
2. Add in your protein of choice, once slightly browned, add in the ginger, soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free), honey, or maple syrup.
3. Continue cooking until meat is done.
4. Place cooked meat in lettuce cups, garnish with sesame seeds or peanuts, and sliced green onion.
5. Serve with steamed vegetables of your choice.
