-8  eggs
-1/2 cup of milk
-Cooking spray
-Salt and pepper

Optional Add-Ins:
-Protein of your choice (bacon/turkey bacon cooked and crumbled, sausage cut into small pieces)
-1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
-1 cup of chopped up vegetables (tomatoes, onions, peppers, spinach)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray
3. In a large mixing bowl, crack your eggs and whisk. Whisk in milk.
4. Add in the desired add-ins.
5. Season with salt and pepper
