-1 loaf of bread (challah, brioche, or white bread)
-1/2 cup milk
-3 large eggs
– 3 tablespoons of butter, melted
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon
-1 tablespoon of sugar
-1/2 cup of maple syrup

Instructions
1. In a small mixing bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla. Once well mixed, mix in cinnamon and sugar.
3. In a medium skillet, melt butter. Dip bread in the egg mixture, and place on skillet. Flip after 5-6 minutes. Cook the other side for 5 minutes.
