Ingredients
-1 container of mini mozzarella balls
-1 package of cherry tomatoes
-1 bunch of fresh basil
-1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
-1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
-2 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional if you like it spicy!)
-Skewers!

Directions
1. Skewer each tomato, mozzarella ball, and piece of basil onto a wooden skewer.
2. Layout on a serving platter.
3. In a small bowl whisk the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
4. Drizzle each skewer with the mixture (if you have a cooking brush, you can brush each skewer).
5. Garnish with additional basil, salt, and pepper on top
6. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Enjoy! Serves 4 people as an appetizer.
