Ingredients
-4 cups old-fashioned oats
-1 cup nuts of your choice (pecans or walnuts work well)
-3-4 tablespoons of seeds of your choice (hemp, chia, pumpkin)
-1/2 cup dried fruit of your choice (raisins, dates, or cranberries are all tasty)
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-3 tablespoons brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-1 teaspoon of cinnamon

How To make Granola
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, salt, and cinnamon.
4. Once well combined, add the brown sugar/maple syrup/honey, vanilla extract, and oil. Mix well!
5. Pour the mixture on your prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake for about 23 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
7. Let cool, and break up into pieces. Enjoy!

You can store the granola for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container.
