Peanut Dressing
5tablespoonssmooth peanut butter
5tablespoonswater
5 tablespoonssoy sauce

Instructions
Cook soba noodles according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
In a large bowl, combine cooked soba noodles, and sliced vegetables.
Place in refrigerator to chill while you prepare the dressing.
