Quick and Easy Artichoke Dip

Who doesn’t like a bubbling-hot, cheesy artichoke dip served as a dip for some chips or toasted bread?  This artichoke dip is easy to make at home in your oven, and is sure to please your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichokes chopped
  • 1 or 2 pieces of roasted red pepper chopped
  • ¾ cups mayonnaise or sour cream
  • ¾ parmesan cheese
  • 1 scallion chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Mix all ingredients in oven-safe dish and bake in oven for 50 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Be careful pulling this dish out of the oven and serving it—it’s hot.
