Who doesn’t like a bubbling-hot, cheesy artichoke dip served as a dip for some chips or toasted bread? This artichoke dip is easy to make at home in your oven, and is sure to please your guests.
Ingredients
1can artichokeschopped
1 or 2pieces of roasted red pepperchopped
¾ cupsmayonnaise or sour cream
¾parmesan cheese
1scallionchopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients in oven-safe dish and bake in oven for 50 minutes.
Serve hot.
