Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a 9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper (or aluminum).
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Press the meat into the loaf pan so it's even.
After 35 minutes remove the meatloaf from the oven and coat with the sauce.
Put it back in the oven for 10 more minutes if it’s not done yet.
Let cool a little, then serve.
