Ingredients
12ouncebag mini-meatballs
12ouncesjar chili sauce
10 ouncesblackberry jelly or jam
1teaspoonWorchestershire sauce
1/2teaspoonginger
1/2teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1tablespoonpink Zinfandel
Instructions
Place the frozen meatballs in a large mixing bowl.
Add all the other ingredients.
Stir gently until the meatballs are covered.
Transfer into a crockpot.
Set the crockpot to high for 2-3 hours, or low for 4-6 hours.
Transfer into a serving dish with toothpicks.
Notes
You can substitute sweet chili sauce for the regular, and any type of jam/jelly you like into this recipe. Ideas include apricot, orange marmalade, and hot pepper jelly for a spicy kick.
