Addicting Asian Cucumber Salad - Simple, Flavorful, and Crunchy!
Asian cucumber salads are seriously addicting! With just a few ingredients, you can have a delicious, crunchy salad in minutes. Ingredients
1largePersian or English cucumberpeeled if desired
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonwhite sugar
1teaspoongingergrated
1clovegarlicminced
1/4cuprice vinegar
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonsesame oil
1/2tablespoonchili paste or chili oil
1tablespoonseasme seeds
Instructions
Clean and slice cucumber.
Place cucumber in a strainer and sprinkle with salt. Toss to evenly coat both sides with salt. Let it sit in a colander over a bowl for 10 minutes to drain some liquid. Do not rinse after!
In a mixing bowl, add all sauce ingredients and mix.
