Ingredients

  • 10 ounces (1 package) frozen spinach thawed and squeezed of liquid
  • 14 ounce can artichoke hearts drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, minced garlic, cheeses, and salt and pepper.
  • Once well combined, fold in artichokes and spinach.
  • Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle a bit of extra cheese on top.
