1/4cupcheese of choiceparmesan, feta, goat cheese
Dressing Ingredients
2tablespoonswhite vinegar
6 tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoondijon mustard
1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
1/2 teaspoonoregano
1/2 teaspoondry basil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and cut vegetables into desired sizes. Chop them into small pieces.
Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix them up.
