Ingredients 2 cups heavy cream 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon gelatin 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of the cream and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

Heat the rest of the cream with sugar in a pan until the sugar is dissolved.
